Talent Review Dashboard: Rated people are remaining selected and their ratings got overwritten

After the manager provides rating to someone on the dashboard (or from the holding area), then selects another employee to rate, the previous employee is still selected, ratings are overwritten and everyone got the same ratings. They need to unselect the employees, though it is not always working for the first time and requires multiple clicks. Is this the expected behavior?
