Global Transfer error when Qualification is country-specific
Hello,
we are facing an issue during a Global Transfer.
Scenario:
- Employee initially hired in Italy
- Then we try to perform a Global Transfer from Italy to Germany
- The employee has a Qualification valid for Italy
- There is no corresponding Qualification configured for Germany
Issue:
When submitting the Global Transfer process, the system returns the following error and blocks the submission:
Couldn't submit the process
Qualification Quadro – 1Q is not in the list of values.Questions:
Is it expected behavior that Qualifications must exist for the destination country during a Global Transfer?
Any best practice or Oracle documentation reference would be appreciated.
