Can you add a picture under descriptive text area in Total compensation statement

Summary:
We are working on our Total Compensation Statement. We wanted to put icons or pics in the descriptive text area and have links employees could click on and go to that link. I figured out how to do it under the Supplemental Section but I wanted to see if there was a way to do it in the descriptive text section. I can upload a link with the link but I can't paste a picture and add the link in the text section or at least it's not working. Any thoughts?
