Can I use a single Rate Record for multiple Service Providers?

Good day!
Rate management currently requires creating a Rate Offering and Rate Record for each Service Provider, I need to know if there is an option to use a single Rate Record that can be used for all Service Providers
There is a scenario where the way to settle the freight is the same for all providers, the current functionality strengthens the maintenance of the rates record.
We seek to use a single Rate Record for all Service Providers
Step 1- Create a Single Public/Generic Rate Record
Step 2- Create "n" Service Provider
Step 3- Create a Rate Offering for each Service Provider
