How can HR assist to approve pending performance goal

Hello, we have helped customer to enable the Redwood UI for Performance Goals. We noted that the Pending Goal Plan option is no longer available.

HR is unable to help line manager to approve the pending goal plan and monitor the approval now.

Used case:

Before Redwood UI, HR is able to access to Pending Goal Plan page to approve any goal plan that is not approved by line manager and assist to approve on behalf.

After Redwood UI enabled, this Pending Goal Plan page is no longer available and HR is not able to monitor the pending goal plan and also monitor the progress of the performance goal creation.
