Global Absence Recording : Withdrawn by Web Services Application Identity for HCM

Summary:

Employee has submitted absence on 01.12.25, transaction assigned to manager on same day, but manager didn't approved that transaction. And on 07.01.26 9:56 AM manager received mail stating that transaction withdrawn by Web Services Application Identity for HCM.

We checked absence recodes we can see absence is scheduled and also deducted from plan balance.

Absence is submitted on 01.12.25 and absence started from 05.04.26. Under year start activity calculate accrual and evaluate absences process was ran, it that causing issue or any thing else.
