Payroll Timecard approval: Date and element-based approval rule

Hi Experts,

We have a monthly timecard and will have submission of timecards scheduled on a daily basis. The time entries come on a daily basis from third party device and we will load the entries into timecards using the "generate timecards from time collection devices" process

We have a requirement to trigger payroll timecard approval on below condition

Overtime is calculated as of yesterday that is, sysdate - 1 and the overtime element has a value > 0

Since the timecard is monthly, without a sysdate condition, the approval will be triggered everyday, even if there is no overtime calculated for the current/previous date.
