We are using Redwood Feedback forms in Oracle HCM Performance Management. Currently, the form includes an option for users to “Send Thank You Note” after providing feedback.
Our organisation would like to eliminate this option for compliance and process reasons.
I have reviewed existing discussions on Customer Connect (previous thread) but found no definitive solution.
