New Competency Value Set in Job profile content section properties is not editable

in Performance Management

Summary:

We are new at Profile Management, and attempting to create some Job Profiles, using a newly created custom value set and profiency rating model for Competencies. When I add the new Content Section in the Job profile, it defaults to the seeded content section, and the edit it greyed out.

Any ideas how to work around this?
