Send email notification - in bell icon as well

Hello,

I understand that under My client group > Performance > performance documents, we can Send Email Notification option, where we select the respective review period and performance document, add the subject and email content, and submit the request. Once submitted, a process ID is generated, and we can monitor the status under Scheduled Processes.

However, since this is essentially an email notification, I wanted to check whether there is a possibility to trigger the same notification through the employee’s system bell icon as well. This would allow employees to view the notification directly within the application when they log in.
