Reminder notifications for expense reports sits with user

Hi,

Is there a way in Oracle ERP to configure system-generated reminder notifications for expense reports that remain in the users queue with a status of Saved or Rejected? Specifically, can Oracle send weekly reminder notifications to employees for expense reports that have not been submitted, or is this functionality only achievable through a custom BI Publisher report with bursting to email users to submit their transactions?
