Can we set up a single role for Time and Labor Managers based on AOR and custom role?

Summary:

We require Timekeepers to have access employees from different departments and sometimes one employee from another department.
We want to set up only 1 profile for the timekeepers to have access to their departments based on AOR data assigned to them or a DFF set at the department level.

We have set up a custom person profile for accessing deparments through a DFF so that access is based on what has been assigned to the user.

We have also added another query in the custom profile to pick up any adhoc employees based on a DFF in assignment level
