Feedback Request still in 'Awaiting Reply' status even though document is closed
Hi, We have scenarios where employees have requested for participant feedback from multiple colleagues. Once feedback request is sent, the status of the requested feedback in the Manage Participant feedback page is 'Awaiting Reply'.
Not all requestors provide feedback as it is not mandatory. Eventually the process is completed and the document is closed. However, we notice that the feedback requests of those employees who did not provide feedback is still 'Awaiting Reply' in the Manage Participant feedback page even though the feedback request is no longer available in the Feedback center as the document is 'completed'. However, this status is confusing for the user.
