Custom Tags are not reflecting in the Workforce Compensation Change Statements

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to generate personalized compensation change statements. To meet this requirement, I have customized the seeded Compensation Workbench Print Statements report and data model by following the steps outlined in the Oracle support article below:

However, the custom XML tags added to the data model are not reflecting in the compensation letters. I have also updated the BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME profile value from the default 24 hours to 15 minutes, but the issue still persists.

Could you please help us understand what might be missing or if any additional steps are required?
