- Accrual Plan: Vacation Leave (Monthly accrual)
- Accrual rule:
- < 5 years of service → 10 hours
- ≥ 5 years of service → 13.33 hours
- Plan Term: 01/01/2026 – 12/31/2026
Given the hire date, the employee has more than 5 years of service as of 2026.
Observed Behavior
- In Employee Self-Service, projected accruals show:
- 01/31/2026 → 10 hours
- 02/28/2026 and onward → 13.33 hours
- In the Administrator view, projected accruals show:
- 13.33 hours
