Accounts and contacts cannot be updated on an email interaction.

Accounts and contacts cannot be updated on an email interaction when the flow of creating email interaction is initiated from an account.
When we create an email interaction using Log an email smart action under Account, when we click on edit we do not see Account or Contact showing up to be updatable.
We do not have an ability to see these email interactions under activities or a separate object to update the Account or Contact linked to the email interactions.
