Why do the FOB lookups show up in alphabetical order and not in the sequence order in the interface

Summary: I have sequenced my FOB lookups in a particular sequence shown below. But when choosing a value when making a purchase order, the list is in alphabetical order according to the lookup code. How can I get this to be in the correct sequence?
