Send Order confirmations (NonCMK orders) using business events

We currently create sales orders manually in ERP Fusion Cloud, but we would like to send order confirmations through CMK for our EDI 855 messages. Our understanding is that manually created orders are not transmitted via CMK—can you confirm whether this is correct?

We attempted to use business events without success and have opened an SR (4-0001632973) for further investigation.

Are there any additional options to enable the transmission of order confirmations (855) for manually created orders? Any guidance on how to configure this in the system would be greatly appreciated.
