Trigger custom task based on the order line EFF

Summary:

We have requirement in the RMA orchestration process to include "REJECTED" custom task with "Rejected" Status.
This Custom task should trigger only if the order line EFF has value.

We found there is seeded status "Rejected" available and created the Rejected task and added them in the orchestration process.

Below is the rule configured to trigger based the EFF the rejected task should trigger.

Has anyone configured the custom task to trigger based on the order line EFF?
