Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We have a requirement where Matrix Managers should be able to access the dotted line reports on the Team Goals Center and is able to access (view and edit) the dotted line report's goals (both performance and development). The customer requirement is to restrict the Matrix Manager's access and limit it to the Performance Goals created by the logged in Matrix Manager. This Manager should not be able to view any other goals that were created or assigned to the employee by others users like HR Specialist, Line Manager or other Matrix Managers.
