Feedback Request–Is employee supposed to receive Notification when feedback is not shared with them

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We are seeing the following behavior and would like to confirm whether this is intended system behavior.

When an employee submits a feedback request and the option Share with you is unchecked (see below), once the feedback is completed the employee still receives a notification with status “Completed”. The employee can view the questions, but no responses are visible.

Can anyone confirm whether this employee notification upon completion (even when no feedback content is shared) is expected behavior by design, or if there is a way to suppress it?
