OTM Out of Box Service Provider Metrics DV report is not working

Some of the out of the box Data Visualization Reports/Dashboard Reports are not working and no records are showing.

Is there any pre-requisites required.

As per help, I have tried with SERVPROV, FTI_DEFAULT VPD but even for both, it's not working and "No data is being returned"

If you have come across similar problem and resolved then please share the resolution steps that you followed.
