Multiple Goal Plans - Weights Not Calculating Correctly

Hi everyone, I need some advice regarding multiple goal plans.
Our issue is that some of our employees have multiple goal plans within their performance document in a review cycle. We have disabled the weights, but it is still showing up in the performance document and the weights in the criteria (performance & competency) are not calculating correctly which prevents employees from submitting their self-evaluation. In my example below, employee has 160% total, so employee cannot proceed with submitting as it needs to be 100%
What is the possible solution for this?
For example:
Performance
Goal Plan A - 60%
Goal Plan B - 60%
