Required attributes not found in the seeded data model to modify terminate Employment notification

Summary:

Hi,

We want to add some attributes to the Terminate Employment Workflow notification which is associated with the seeded data model where the data set itself doesn't contains the attributes which we need. 

These are the names of seeded Data Model and RTF template's Report names for better understanding.

 Data Model : "EmploymentTerminationProcess"

Report (Workflow Notification-RTF) : AssignmentTerminationReport. Please suggest us the solution if any have achieved this.
