We are attempting to load absence entries for a terminated employee through HDL. The following error message and details were encountered.

Error message: "The time card or absences can't be submitted."

As of now, the OTL module has not been implemented. The employee was terminated and later rejoined the organization; however, we are still attempting to enter absence entries against the terminated employee record.
