SMART Goals and Job-Based Validation

Hi Team,

We have received a requirement that goal setting should follow the criteria below:

  1. Goals must be created based on the SMART principles. If a goal does not meet the SMART criteria, the system should display an error message using AI Assist, or AI Agents , GEN AI .
  2.  
  3. If an employee sets goals that are not aligned with their job role or job description, the system should display an error indicating that the goal is not based on the assigned job.

Kindly let me know if there is any workaround or solution that matches or closely aligns with this requirement.
