Goal Setting Restriction Based on Hire Date

Hi Team,
We have received a requirement that new joiners must complete goal setting within one month of their joining date. Once the goals are submitted, the goal-setting option should no longer be accessible, and no additional goals should be allowed.
Currently, we can restrict goal creation based on a fixed date; however, the requirement is to enforce this restriction based on the employee’s hire date, which is not directly supported.
Kindly let me know if there is any workaround or solution that matches or closely aligns with this requirement.
