Second-Level Manager Evaluation in the Performance Process Flow

Hi Team,
We have received a requirement from the client regarding the evaluation process flow, as outlined below:
- Employee Evaluation
- Manager Evaluation
- HOD Evaluation
Currently, the available configuration allows participant feedback only between the Employee Evaluation and Manager Evaluation stages. Feedback cannot be configured after the Manager Evaluation stage.
We would like to check if there is any alternative approach or workaround that would help us meet the client’s requirement beyond the current system limitations.
Any suggestions or possible solutions would be highly appreciated.
