Need absence approval workflow to work on current and historical absences
Summary:
I have a below requirement where the Absence approval rule condition should decide the workflow based on the current and previous completed absence transactions within the month/year. Below mentioned is an example:
No. of Days | Approver |
|---|---|
1 working day per month | 1. Line Manager |
2 to 30 working days within a same month | 1. Line Manager |
| 2. Employee’s Department Vice President |
| 3. Human Resources Vice President |
Exceeding 30 working days in a calendar year | 1. Line Manager |
| 2. Employee’s Department Vice President |
| 3. Employee’s Division Chief / EVP |
| 4. Human Resources Vice President |
| 5. Chief Executive Officer |
Please let me know anyone has configured such rule condition
