Job Level Based Approval Workflow Configuration for Compensation

Hello,

We have a requirement based on Job Level for approvals, for example, when Line Manager is initiating the ICP for an employee, it should redirect to Approver 1 as Compensation Manager and Approver 2 as Manager (who is tagged as Job Level 2 in Manage Jobs page) in Management Hierarchy.

Please find the below example for more details:

Line Manager (Initiator) → Employee (Worker) → Compensation Manager (Approver 1) → M1 → M2 (Tagged as Level 2 in Manage Jobs page) (Approver 2)

Line Manager (Initiator) → Employee (Worker) → Compensation Manager (Approver 1) → M1 → M2 → M3 (Tagged as Level 2 in Manage Jobs page) (Approver 2)

Please let me know how to achieve this requirement based on Job Level condition to identify the approver.
