Can anyone please help with the report to show worker manager comments and ratings

in Performance Management 2 comments

Dear All,

Our Goals are not approved after we created performance document.

So we need to delete the performance document and re-create it. So we need to take backup of Manager and Employee comments.

Do we have any such report available or can anyone please help us with the SQL to fetch these details.
