Auto populating ratings based on target achieved on performance goal

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where if an employee's rating auto populates in performance document based on the target achieved on the performance goal.

Example- Target of 80% Maximum should have an auto populated rating of 4 Star.

Is there such functionality?
