Maintenance Forecast doesn't fall on correct day

Summary:
We have a PM that has every 4 weeks on Monday schedule. Not next work order only. I had forecast on 12/15, 1/12, 2/9 all matching with every 4 weeks on Monday. But then the next due date shows 3/2. 4 Weeks Monday after 2/9 should be 3/9 not 3/2. Why is Oracle forecast generated at wrong date?
