RW - ISSUE with Life Events in Global and Local Transfer

Summary: We have Benefits Implemented in 4 LDGs US, UK, Colombia and India. We had defined Colombia based Legal Entity Transfer Life Event with all Colombia Legal Entities so that the HR or Benefits specialist can use that Life Event during Employees Transfer within Colombia Legal Entities. It worked fine in RUI. currently in RW, it works only when i make it Global Life Event as the Global and Local Transfer task Life Event drop down does not show up the Life Events and it creates confusion when we define it as Global Life Event for other LDGs HR specialist.

we are testing it in the task " Global and Local Transfer" under my Client Groups. please advise on how to manage this situation where we need to have Life Event to show up under "Global and Local Transfer" tasks in Redwood.
