Configuring Approval Workflow for Absence Entry Occurrences

Summary:

We are attempting to configure an approval workflow based on Absence entry occurrences. The requirement is:

  • If the occurrence count is greater than 10, the request should route to the CEO for approval.
  • If the occurrence count is less than or equal to 10, it should route to the Manager for approval.

We tried to achieve this using a DFF with a defaulting value, but we are unable to proceed due to the absence of a person ID derivation value.
