Summary:

We are facing issue while updating Proficiency Rating, when employee update it via their account. Same is happening for MSS also. Even Administrator is seeing the same issue under Skill and Qualification. We are in Redwood and applied PATCH 25D. Is there any kind of privilege missing from all three roles- Employee, Line Manager and Talent Administrator. I have used the seeded role and tested the same. It is giving the same issue.
