Absence status showing denied when withdrawn

Summary:

Hello,

I withdraw absence from notification page under 'Created by Me' and the status is showing as denied. Based on KB27312, this is expected system behaviour.

I have three questions regarding this:

1. Can employee withdraw themselves from here?
2. If yes, where can I see who withdraw the absence, is it the employee themselves or HR/Manager withdraw on their behalf. Apart from transaction console, can I have a view to see the withdrawn status is acted by who?
3. Can I restrict employee from withdrawing through notification?
