Lead Retire Reason – Newly added lookup values not reflecting in Lead UI
Summary:
We have a standard Lead field Retire Reason which uses the lookup code MKL_RETIRE_REASON_CD. Originally, the LOV had only two values. We have added additional lookup values under Manage Standard Lookups.
The lookup values are:
- Enabled
- Have valid start dates
- Meaning is populated
- Sandbox is published
- Lookup Configuration Level is User
- REST Access Secured = Secure
However, the newly added values are not reflecting in the Retire Reason LOV on the Lead UI.
We have already:
- Logged out and logged back in
- Tested with Sales Administrator role
Could you please confirm and suggest:
- Whether secured standard lookups
