Redwood My Compensation Missing Salary Range

After granting privileges to the custom Employee role, the Salary Min, Salary Max, and Salary Range fields are now automatically visible. In VBCS, these fields are set as visible by default, but earlier they were not visible without the required privilege.
Currently, we are enabling these fields country-wise in phases. However, since we use a single global Employee role, granting the privilege makes these fields visible for all country employees.
To restrict visibility, we would need to add country-specific hide rules. With 150+ countries, this approach does not seem practical.
