Redwood-Manufacturing Work definitions search returns multiple items

Summary:

1. We use Redwood Screens for 'Manufacturing Work Definitions'
2. Our issue is that when searching active work definitions, even if a specific Item X is given in search box
3. The search returns multiple items (almost everything)
4. We already have scheduled index ingestion jobs running every 5 mts for work definition
5. Why the Redwood search does not just return the item number given (like Item Qty screen), is it intended to return multiple items with some sort of fuzzy logic
