Summary:
Is it possible to add a budget pool to a workforce compensation plan that was used the previous year?
In 2025, I created a new plan, and we didn't use a budget; we set a fixed amount for everyone.
This year I would like to add a budget but I get this error when I try and enable budget pools and add one: "You can't add a budget pool because there are 1 or more open compensation cycles."
