Enabling Concurrency in Oracle Absence Management

Summary: We have a requirement where a Sick Leave can overlap annual leave but annual leave cannot overlap Sick Leave. The functionality only gets enabled by disabling concurrency within the 2 Absence types. If enabled for Sick and disabled for Annual Leave, it allows submission of Annual Leave over Sick leave.

Please suggest if anyone has achieved this requirement.
