New Loaded Grades not Updating Salary Comp Ratios

Summary:

Loaded new Grades and Grade Rates. Mass updated jobs with the new Grades. The grades are now on the employee record but the Salary Range and Comp Ratio isn't updating. Is there a process that I am missing?
