Request Feedback 'your message to the feedback provider' comments box to be available on the UI

Summary:

Hi, in feedback centre requesting feedback specifically general requests we can enter 'your message to the feedback provider' this tells the recipient what the feedback request is for specially for!

That information is displayed on the notification - however if you went to the request directly in the UI (feedback centre)- the recipient has no way of viwing to understand what the general feedback was for?

Please could you advise if this is even achievable? I tried to see if I can enable this field in VBS but I can't.
