Unable to complete work order in My Maintenance Work Redwood UI

Summary:

Hi Team - We have created one work definition and then created one work order using this work definition, make it released. Login with assigned resource instance(Technician) navigate to My Maintenance Work UI to execute the work order but all other tab are completed , but somehow operation tab still shows pending in the overview /summary page hence Submit button is greyout , not able to complete it.

Operation tab able to complete but shows pending at overview/summary page?

Please help on this issue.
