Lead Conversion to Existing Opportunity-what criteria is used to fetch the existing Opportunity?

Hi Everyone,
We have Lead Conversion to existing Opportunity feature. In Classic UI it this feature allows us to select all the Opportunities. But in Redwood when we try to convert the Lead to existing Opportunity, we see a certain list of Opportunities but not all of them, what is the criteria present by default that filters these Opportunities?
