Oracle Commerce Cloud PCI Attestation of Compliance

We are in need of a copy of Oracle’s PCI Attestation of Compliance (AOC) for Oracle Commerce Cloud. This AOC is required for an active PCI audit with a target deliverable date of January 31, 2026.

We have previously reached out to our Customer Success Manager and several Oracle contacts without response. We have also reviewed SR options and could not find an appropriate SR type for requesting this compliance document.

We located the following KB article on requesting PCI attestations, but this does not provide a mechanism to obtain the latest audit AOC:
