Information of item category is empty after selected item

Hi,

After selected item based on item category and catalog when I creating sales order, Information of item category is empty but in search and select: Item the information of catalog and category is available, why it's happen? I need item category information for data validation with Order Management Extensions after I add the item to the sales order line.
