OFS Service Consola not show option "Apply Monthly Application Deployment" in Test Environments

Hi, I have the following question in case someone can help us.

In OFS Service Console we have the following environments:

In the production environment we see the following options:

Until a little over a month ago, we had the same options in the test environments, but now "Apply Monthly Application Deployment" is no longer available, so we are unable to apply updates (if they are available).

Do you have any idea what's going on? Has something changed on the console, or is this a bug?
