Prevent routing from adjusting specific activities

Summary:

I am trying to have the ability to specify activities to be first in a list on a route and not have routing reoptimize these flagged activities. There is a use case also where they could be at a certain time if that is possible.

We have enabled continuous routing with optimization. For these activities, I have a custom property called “Locked from Routing”

I have created two filters as well, one for “Locked from Routing” (condition, where the flag = 1) and one for “Activities that are not locked” (condition, where the flag = 0). These are customer-based activities, if that means anything (the default group for activities, I believe).
